First full day

Today was my first full day. We got up at 830 and had orientation and then went on a city tour. I LOVE it. there is so much stuff to buy. especially jewlery. i have bought so much but its way cheap so i promise mom im not spending all your money. I tried bartying for the first time. Im definently gonna have to work on that. i suck at it. i get nervous and just give in. On the way home we got lost in our taxi. we were lost walking around and riding in a taxi for like two hours knowing zero spanish. it was me beth and crystal. but we were way chill about it and thought it was a lot of fun. Then i went to my first shift in the orphanage and i went to the special kids one. It was actually way hard cause i dont know any freakin spanish. i just kept saying bueno cause it means good. But tomorrow im in a orphanage with little kids so it will be way better. I came home then we all went out to go shopping again. Me and beth bought so way cool hair tie thingys. some guy snapped at me tho cause i asked what something was in spanish and he was like we are in ecuador u have to speak spanish here. my bad. anyways i love it here and i just love seeing how other cultures live.
