TIRED

Today was my first day working two shifts in the orphanages. Everyday we all catch the bus at seven, go to the orphange we are assigned, come home at noon eat lunch and then we catch the bus again at 215 and go back to a orphanage until six. There are a lot of different orphanges we work at. One is called Todeo Tores and its divided into two pars, cunas and casas. The cunas are the infants to two year olds and the casas are the 3 to 6 year olds. Then there is a special kids orphanage called los pecinitos. Then there is la remer which is a really really poor orphange in the mountains and we go there once a week. HML is a orphanage for girls from 7 to 18 and then there is a old folks home we sometimes go to. Today i worked at the casa and cuna. Its freakin crazy. Luckily I am used to the craziness from babysitting the Neals this summer. Just kidding jill. The craziness doesnt bother me its just really tiring. At cunas we have to change cloth diapers and its disgusting. Ill be a pro at it though soon cause we have to change so many diapers. Its way fun and i love the kids but its exhausting. its really hard work. I have already fell in love with this one boy he is like 1 yr old maybe? im not allowed to say his name but i call him my lil buba. tonight we had a real american dinner and the missionaries came over. i scarfed it down cause i was so hungry cause i dont really like the food here and theres nothing really to eat. worn out

Jayme, It may have been crazy at my house, which it was, but at least you didn't have to change cloth diapers or any :) You look great in the pictures. Mom told me your experience at the airport. Cool.
The boys miss you! they ask about you and I miss you to, not just your extreme skill to fold laundry:) have a great day....love you JILL

Jayme, you are really taking off with doing much good! Your remarks take me back to having 3 children in CLOTH diapers when Jonathan was born--diaper pail and all. I also babysat a little one in diapers. Needless to say, I told your dad that my head was in the toilet washing out diapers all day long---that is when I went to disposable. Consider it "character building"!haha Anyway, I am so proud of you. Keep up the good work--We all just love your blog!! Love you so much, Mom XOXOXO
